All our products are provided with a 1 year warranty (unless otherwise stated) which is subject to the terms set out below.
They are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover any product damages that may occur as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or accidental damage.
This warranty does not cover damage to any other items as a result of the use of any of our products. Ucase ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product. All other products are provided with standard manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.
Product replacements do not extend the length of warranty. Warranties are fixed to initial purchase date (unless otherwise stated). In the event of issues with any warranty replacements, the customer must return that replacement to Ucase Ltd to receive an further replacement.
If the customer purchases a Ucase Ltd product outside of petshelddear.co.uk it is their responsibility to ensure that all relevant receipts and proof of purchase are kept to validate warranty. In this event the customer must contact the vendor they purchased from to receive a replacement.
These terms do not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor does it affect our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If any product falls below the expected standard set out above (in Product Warranty) a replacement/refund will be offered.
You must notify PetsHeldDear.com (Ucase Ltd) within 30 days of purchase and return the original item in the condition received with any packaging included. We will reimburse postage costs where applicable (where product is eligible for refund/replacement under warranty).
We do NOT offer refunds on our personalised products unless they are eligible under warranty OR they fail to meet quality standards. With photo products there may be slight variations from original colours as detailed in on our FAQ Page. As a natural resource, slate products may have minor imperfections which are unavoidable and generally add to the authenticity of the product. It is The customers (YOUR) responsibility to ensure that all text, grammar and other personalised features are correct before placing your order. We cannot refund for mis-spellings, punctuations, or other errors unless we are at fault.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach,your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
